If you broke your leg, you wouldn’t take an aspirin and skip resetting the bone.
Mental health issues are a lot like broken bones and they require a combination of medication management and therapy to treat the symptoms and the underlying issues.
As a board certified psychiatrist with 10 years of experience, I’ve helped patients navigate life-changing diagnosis, academic pressure, and job burnout as well as develop insight and address the complex emotions dwelling underneath.
Together we'll make sense of your past, address your symptoms in the present and find lasting solutions for the future.
